Submitting a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims can be submitted using our warranty website – http://register.rainbowplay.com/

You will need to register your swing set first. You will then be emailed a customer ID, you will use this ID to submit a warranty claim.

You will need a copy of your invoice, picture of the complete unit and pictures of the damage. When taking pictures of the damage, please take it at a distance so we can still identify the part. If you need to, take a picture from a distance and then zoom in on the damage.
